My husband saw the parrot or cokatiel fly low over my backyard/driveway at 1 Bayliss Avenue & Lambton Avenue. My husband is color blind but definitely had the distinct wingtips of a parrot or cocktiel. It was green or grey color with a yellow head. The direction it went was north towards the park (Topham Pond) & then east again towards the school yard (Our Lady of Victory at Lambton Ave & Guestville)
