COCKATIEL light gray body, yellow head, orange dot on each cheek. When she got out of the house on Monday Aug 19th at 2pm it was VERY windy from the North. The wind caught her once above the tree line and propelled her South to I believe Duggan Park at Vodden St and Ken Whillans Dr. Numerous sightings of a bird with yellow darting in and out of trees in the environmentally sensitive area around Etobicoke Creek within the park She responds to a whistle that rises at the end.
